BACKGROUND
The word scrum originates from a rugby strategy that represents restarting play, it’s also a management term meaning lightweight framework that helps people, teams, and organizations generate value through adaptive solutions for complex problems.
Scrum Concepts is therefore a twofold framework where we aim at jumpstarting organizations by assisting them to generate value through practical and sustainable solutions for teams and the larger organization then align to its vision and mission.
Scrum Concepts was founded in August 2021 with the aim of identifying sustainable solutions addressing Skills empowerment, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) issues and concerns across other companies to reduce staff turnover while ensuring employees have a conducive work environment that is safe from everyday incidents and accidents.
WHY SCRUM CONCEPTS?

Possesses a wealth of knowledge in the development of learning systems that cut across internal and external development programmes custom made for employees, fix term workers, the community, youth, women, disadvantaged groups amongst other carders of people who are responsible for ensuring organizational goals and objectives are met.
